    摘要:

    大体积混凝土由于受水化热影响,容易因里表温差较大产生有害的温度裂缝,从而降低结构的使用寿命。在大体积混凝土施工中,应做好温度监测,并采取措施防止裂缝的发生。本文以无为市神塘河泵站工程泵室底板大体积混凝土施工为例,介绍了大体积混凝土配合比优选、骨料预冷、预埋水管通水冷却、后期养护等温度控制的具体技术措施,通过后期拆模检查,混凝土外观质量良好,未发现混凝土表面出现明显裂纹,证明温控措施切实可行。可为类似工程大体 积混凝土施工温控提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Due to influence of hydration heat, it is easy to generate the temperature cracks inside and outside of mass concrete due to the large temperature change, and it will be reduced the service life of the structure. Therefore, during the construction of mass concrete, the temperate monitoring and other measures should be taken to prevent the occurrence of temperate cracks. In this paper, the base plate structure for construction of pumping station project from Wuwei Shentanghe River is adopted as an example, the construction technology of mass concrete is introduced in details. Comprehensive control measures are taken from concrete selection, aggregate precooling, water cooling, curing and surface insulation, etc. Through the later formwork removal inspection, the practice has proved that the concrete cracks can be effectively controlled, and the construction effect is excellent. The research also has a certain reference for the further construction of the similar project.
